Indah's Journey to Breathwork
Indah discovered the power of breathwork while living in Melbourne, Australia. Her journey began with a combination of running, meditation, and breath exercises. Indah tells “Until one day when I was running on the long river I had a transcendental moments. It has transform my life. I realise I am healing myself on this journey. I would love to spread this love to others and potentially others can heal too”. Indah believes that you can tap into breathwork at anytime, even from your couch or in your bed at home. Breathwork has a profound benefit once you integrate it into a daily life.

The workshop is divided into two parts. In the first part, we will focus on various breathing techniques, including:

These techniques will equip you with tools to navigate life’s challenges, whether you’re at home on the couch or facing everyday stress. You will leave the workshop with an understanding of how to use your breath to find calm, renewal, and clarity.
In the second part, we will have a creative breathwork session using music as a guide. Indah will lead you in synchronizing your breath with the rhythm of the music, making the exercise both fun and engaging. Breathwork can be playful, and you’ll discover how it can be integrated into your life as a joyful practice.
