“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”
~ Aadil Palkhivala

Astora
Astora’s teaching is heavily influenced by the styles he fell in love with during his own practice: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Anusara. These approaches focus on the integration of breath, alignment, and mindful movement. In the classes, there is an emphasise on fluidity of transitions, strong holds, and precise alignment cues to help students feel confident and grounded. He guides students to move with intention, encouraging them to connect both physically and mentally to their practice.
His classes in Bali reflect the lessons learned throughout his yoga journey creating a space where students feel both challenged and supported, and where they can cultivate strength and mindfulness on and off the mat.
Yoga has shaped his life in countless ways, and he feels passionate about sharing its transformative power with others. He continues to teach with the same dedication and curiosity that first led to the practice, and is excited to keep learning, growing, and sharing this journey with the students

Indah
I first found my love for yoga for exercising and staying fit.
Not until the pandemic, I started to meditate. Starting with a 30 days meditation challenge I started to add this into my habit. To mix run, meditate and breathwork daily.
It quickly becomes a self practice. I would wake up, meditate and breathe to set the ground then go for a run by the river in Australia. Until one point i had a transcendental experience. It transforms my life.
I teach power flow and breathwork.
I love to break a sweat. By moving your body and to also feel ( not just performance ) will take you there, into a flow state.
I follow practitioners like Joe Dispenza and Wimhof. My style of teaching is for a lifestyle. To move from the mind or the conscious, into to the heart.
Mind and heart coherence.
Where tapping into the subconscious is where the new level of biological health and healing appears
