“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”
~ Aadil Palkhivala

Nikki
Nikki was inspired to start practising and teaching yoga through her own healing journey. Following her diagnosis with severe scoliosis after finishing high school, she experienced chronic pain for most of her life. However, practising yoga, especially Ashtanga, transformed her life and made her feel stronger and healthier, both physically and mentally. Although she previously worked as a fashion designer and had a completely different lifestyle, becoming a yoga teacher allowed her to fulfil her focus on healing and finding her true purpose in life.
Growing up in Bali, she was instilled with a strong sense of community and service to others. Yoga provided her with an opportunity to transcend her own limitations and conditions, leading her to help people in her community during the pandemic through yoga practices. What drew her to teaching yoga was the karma of yoga, which allowed her to help others.
At present, she is expanding her knowledge and offerings in the field of holistic health. Since embarking on her yoga journey, she has become interested in raw food and detoxification and is in the process of completing her certification as a holistic nutrition and detox coach. She has also travelled to Rishikesh, India, to deepen her study of yoga.
As someone who has experienced the benefits of practising yoga with proper nutritional support during her own healing process, she now incorporates this knowledge into her teaching. She is grateful to be where she is now, sharing her passion and joy for the healing path while fulfilling her purpose of helping others.

Indah
I first discovered my love for yoga through exercising and staying fit. However, it wasn’t until the pandemic that I began to explore meditation. Starting with a 30-day meditation challenge, I gradually made it a daily habit, combining running, meditation, and breathwork into my routine.
This practice quickly evolved into a personal journey. Each morning, I would meditate and practice breathwork to ground myself before heading out for a run by the river in Australia. One day, I experienced a profound transcendental moment that transformed my life.
Now, I teach Power Flow and breathwork, sharing what I’ve learned through movement and mindfulness. I love breaking a sweat—not just for performance, but for the deeper connection it brings. By truly feeling your body as you move, you can enter a flow state that connects you to something greater.
I’m inspired by practitioners like Joe Dispenza and Wim Hof, and my teaching style reflects a lifestyle approach. It’s about moving from the mind and the conscious into the heart—achieving mind and heart coherence.
Tapping into the subconscious is where a new level of biological health and healing emerges.
