Yoga is an ancient tool for self-discovery, a way to cultivate strength, flexibility, and awareness—not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit. In this workshop, Danny Paradise invites you to explore a liberating and evolving approach to Ashtanga Yoga, infused with indigenous wisdom and shamanic teachings.
Through breath, movement, and philosophy, you will tap into the deeper aspects of yoga as a practice of freedom, empowerment, and self-expression. Expect a dynamic session that blends classical Ashtanga with influences from Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and ancient Egyptian and Native traditions.
This experience is designed for practitioners of all levels who wish to develop a personal, meditative, and creative approach to yoga.
Join Danny for an immersive journey that will expand your understanding of yoga and leave you feeling energized, inspired, and deeply connected to yourself and the practice.
