We asked Anna a well-travelled “Retreater” about her experience of retreats, what she gained from them and how to choose the right one.

Q: What makes you want to go on a retreat?

A: Seeking Inner Balance and Clarity

As I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery, I found retreats to be a profound catalyst for inner balance and clarity. Whether I was a working professional, a student, or navigating through life transitions, retreats provided a much-needed pause to reassess my priorities, gain perspective, and reconnect with my authentic self. During my retreat experiences, I witnessed the immense power of personal growth and self-discovery. A: Choosing the Right Retreat

e. Duration and Schedule: Deciding on the ideal retreat duration based on my availability and desired level of immersion was key. Checking the daily schedule ensured a well-rounded mix of activities and ample free time for introspection.

Q: What would you say to be a good motivation for others to go on a retreat?

In our increasingly connected and fast-paced world, I discovered the immense importance of taking time out for oneself. Stepping away from the constant demands and distractions enabled me to recharge, gain valuable perspective, and reconnect with my true essence. It became a precious opportunity for self-care, reflection, and rejuvenation. Taking time out became an act of self-love that nourished my mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
